We will be leaving Australia on December 28, 2023 and returning on or before January 11, 2024 [estimated].

Cities

On the tour this year we will begin in Seattle, Washington and then visit 5 cities in Canada:

Seattle, USA - 4 Nights
Vancouver - 1 Night
Kamloops - 1 Night
Banff - 1 Night
Red Deer - 1 Night
Edmonton - 2 nights
Calgary - 2 night

NHL Games

We have locked in 4 NHL Games, watching 6 different teams, being

Kracken Vs Flyers [29/12]
Canucks Vs Senators [02/01]
Oilers Vs Senators [06/01]
Calgary Vs Senators [09/01]

Expect 2-3 Unique Game experiences including photos, center ice, stadium tours as we proceed etc.

Additional CHL Game

As we are driving through the Rockies we plan to stay overnight at Kamloops and go to see a local Canadien Hockey League [WHL] game - Kamloops Blazers V Edmonton Oil Kings. This will be included in the overall cost.

Optional Extras

This year we have some amazing "optional extra games" to offer our travelers, and we will book well in advance of the tour beginning;

· *NHL WINTER CLASSIC SEATTLE; KRACKEN V GOLDEN NIGHTS [expect to be about $350.00 per ticket] but once in a lifetime experience.
· *NFL SEATTLE SEAHAWKS V PITTSBURGH STEELERS [expect to be about $250.00 per ticket].
WHL GAME in Red Deer WHL Game [expect to be about $40.00 per ticket].

NOTE: *Both of these events are outdoor, probably uncovered [open air] and likely to be extremely cold and heaps of fun.

Free Attractions

Every year we try to include at least 4-5 free additional experiences as we progress through the tour.

This year we plan to feature our trip OVER the Canadien Rockies 'as a once in a lifetime experience' including:

Kamloops
Banff
Lake Louise
Lake Moraine
Red Deer
Canadian Hockey Hall of Fame [Calgary]

Hotels & Coaches

We will be staying at Hilton and | or Marriott Hotels [4STAR] along the way and they all feature free WiFi and Buffet Breakfasts as part of the packages. We try to get Hotels as close as possible to the 'NHL Stadiums' as we possibly can.

We will have a dedicated luxury coach [and probably Driver] from Seattle all the way through to Calgary. Most intercity trips are just 3-4 hours but our longest is Kamloops to Banff which is 5+ hours. Our standard intercity departure time will be 10.00am.

Chaperones

We will have two chaperones on the tour to help manage the group. One from Empire Tours and one from ICE Tours. Their job will be to help and assist passengers with tickets, check-ins, health and wellbeing etc.

Minimum Travellers

This year we need a minimum of 20 travellers to be part of our tour. We also have a maximum capacity [luxury coach] of 48 travelers. We will also consider a second coach if we get the numbers.

We will take new registrations until September 30, or until booked out.

Prices and Terms

Adult Twin Share [either twin or shared queen rooms] = $9790.00 per traveler.

Holding Deposit - $1000.00 by July 30, 2023 to book your spot.
Balance of the 20% Deposit - $1000.00 by August 20,2023.
Payment 3 - $5000.00 by October 1, 2023
Payment 4 - $2790.00 by November 15, 2023

Ice Tours also offers a GROUND ONLY option, where travelers arrange their own AIR TRAVEL and Fares. Prices for Ground ONLY are;

Adult Twin = $6190.00
Adult Single Room = $8190.00

What is not included ?

The following exclusions will apply for this tour;

Lunch and Dinner most days.
Souvenirs and Shopping.

Travel insurance ~ all travelers will need to secure travel insurance prior to beginning this tour. We can assist if you are not already covered [usually about $350.00]
Visas ~ all travelers will require a travel visa to US and Canada for this trip. Expect to pay about $60.00 for these [combined]. Use these direct links and beware of expensive intermediatory and brokerage sites. Allow14 days for processing but most are issued on the spot.
