Our Objectives
The Ice Breaker Classic is a collaboration between the O'Brien Icehouse, the Melbourne Ice and the Melbourne Ice Women to celebrate the two teams winning their respective championships. The first time since 2012.
We will be fundraising for the Women's season ahead and also supporting the Ronald McDonald House.
We aim to make this an annual event.
Game Format
Our Objectives
The two teams will be selected [LIVE] by the captains at least 10 days before the event.
Teams will play in their home and away jerseys [one each team].
Games will be 3 RUN TIME periods with Ice Cuts between each period.
IHV will provide the 'on and off Ice' officials.
After Game

At the conclusion of the game we will going over Urban Alley for a team dinner and a chance to mingle with all the fans who came out to support this worthy cause.
A perpetual trophy will be awarded, and we hope this to become an annual event.
